Return & Refund Policy

We hope your little one is loving their clothes. 

1. Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit note.

Please note we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases unless the product is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned with all original tags attached

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or credit notes for:

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Sample items
  • Items with disclosed or minor faults
  • Customised items 
  • Gift cards
  • Incorrect size selection

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please allow 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

⚠️ Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Credit note

Returns made within 14 days that meet our policy conditions are eligible for a credit note, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

To be eligible, returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • Have all tags attached

Customised items are not eligible for credit notes.

Credit notes can be used on any future purchase at littlelabel.com.au.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help!

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and will be accepted only if the item is:

In original, unused condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered 
  • With all original tags attached
  • Customised items are not eligible for exchange.
